My Grandmother, she of centenarian fame, gave me my Great-Grandmother's quilt. That would be her mother-in-law's quilt. It came in a plastic tote looking a little worse for wear, BUT...
There are still a few small brown spots, but a little elbow grease and a whole lot of Woolite will fix those. (It helps to have a mother-in-law who is an expert in this area.)
I have it out drying. Isn't it great? I love the colors. I love the work. She did a good job on it. There is only one place that I'll have to repair.
I just can't decide which flower is my favorite.
Aren't they lovely? After I get those pesky brown spots out, I am hanging it up in my room.
