The children are still alive. 36 hours of each others company has not diminished the utter joy of sleep-over-hood. And the house is still standing, which is also good.
We were slow to start this morning (and by "We" I mean "I"), but we are rolling right along now! PB&J has finished her school work, having gotten up at 6 am to start on it, and the others are well on their way. After they finish, I am planning a trek to the library. I am hoping to wear them out a bit. 8 blocks there. 8 blocks back. I might survive it. Maybe.
Our laugh of the morning...Dirt Dude really enjoyed it...The Dancing Cadet.
Later.
We were a bit slow to start this morning (and by "we" I mean I). Breakfast was at 6am local time which is 4am home time. After we had breakfast himself had meetings until 2pm, he napped through the less interesting opening speech (lets hope he didnt snore). The beach is beautiful, the weather overcast, and the surf is rough - red flags out (do not get into water - might get ripped (towed) out to another nearby country). We saw the sun for about an hour, and broke a sweat raising our hand to take the glass of water from the waiter. Glad to hear all going well. Chat later (the jacuzzi is calling...)
